Eligibility: Valid paid subscription with invoice
. Grant of License
CreatorSoundsPro (“Licensor”) grants you (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use audio files downloaded during an active subscription.
This is a license, not a transfer of ownership.
. Permitted Use
You may use the licensed audio only as an integrated element of a larger project, including but not limited to:
- Video games (free or paid)
- Videos, films, ads, podcasts
- Apps, websites, UI/UX, interactive media
You may edit, mix, layer, and process the audio as required for your project.
Monetization of the finished project is permitted, provided the audio is not the primary product.
. Monetization & Fingerprinting Restriction
You may monetize your projects in which the licensed audio is used as background, UI, ambience, or supporting elements.
You may NOT, under any circumstance:
- Register the audio (original or modified) with Content ID or similar systems
- Upload the audio as reference, fingerprint, or claim material
- Claim ownership or exclusivity over the audio
- Trigger copyright claims against other creators
- Allow a distributor, MCN, publisher, or platform to do so on your behalf
This restriction applies even if the audio is modified, layered, or embedded within your content.
Platforms include (but are not limited to):
YouTube Content ID, Meta Rights Manager, Audible Magic, or any automated fingerprinting system.
. Prohibited Use (Redistribution)
You may NOT:
- Resell, sublicense, or share the audio files
- Distribute them as standalone files
- Include them in sound packs, libraries, or templates
- Upload them where extraction is possible
Audio must always remain part of a finished creative project, not a reusable asset.
. Ownership
All audio files remain the exclusive property of CreatorSoundsPro and its licensors.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
. Term & Survival
- License applies only to files downloaded during an active subscription
- Rights to those files continue indefinitely, even after cancellation
- No new downloads are permitted after subscription expiry
. Attribution
Attribution is not required.
