Creator Sounds Pro: Your Comprehensive Agreement
By accessing and using the Creator Sounds Pro website, its features, services, and products (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (the “User,” “Customer,” “Subscriber,” or “Member”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Definitions: For the purposes of this agreement, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to this website and its owners. “You,” “customer,” “user,” “subscriber,” and “member” refer to any individual or entity accessing or using our website and services.
2. Scope of Audio File Usage: You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the audio files available on Creator Sounds Pro. However, this usage is strictly limited to incorporating the audio files as part of a larger project. You are expressly prohibited from selling, reselling, distributing, or streaming the audio files online in their standalone audio format. Furthermore, the sounds must not be used to train AI/ML models in any form.
3. Copyright Ownership: You acknowledge and agree that Creator Sounds Pro and its owners retain the ultimate copyright ownership of all audio files provided on the website. Your usage rights are limited to those explicitly granted herein.
4. Account Usage: Your subscription is for your individual use only. You agree not to share your account credentials with any other person or entity. While you may use the licensed audio files to create projects for third parties under your individual subscription, the subscription itself is not intended for company-wide or group access.
5. Respectful and Lawful Use of Content: You agree that your use of Creator Sounds Pro audio files will be ethical and legal. You will not use the audio files in connection with any material or in a manner or context that is illegal or incites illegal acts; is racist, hateful, or discriminatory against any person based on race, nationality, religion, ethnic identity, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation; is pornographic; or otherwise violates the rights of any party associated with the audio files. You are responsible for ensuring your usage complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Creative Flexibility: We encourage your creativity. You are permitted to vary, alter, modify, add to, and/or delete parts of the licensed audio files and to use only portions thereof in your projects. However, you may not use the audio files as part of any logo, trademark, or service mark.
7. Dynamic Content Library: You understand and agree that the Creator Sounds Pro audio file library is subject to change. We reserve the right to update, add, replace, remove, and/or change the available audio files at any time during any active subscription period. You acknowledge that you have no ongoing right to use any specific audio file and that you must securely store any downloaded files. We are not obligated to provide a replacement for removed audio files, even if you downloaded them previously.
8. Audio File Removal: The owner of this website reserves the absolute right to remove any audio file from the website at any time without prior notice. You agree that no compensation or settlement will be provided to customers in such instances. Furthermore, we are not obligated to maintain a record of your downloaded audio files within your account dashboard.
9. Cybersecurity Risks: The internet is an evolving landscape with inherent cybersecurity risks. While we implement reasonable and industry-standard security measures to protect our website and your data, you acknowledge that no system is entirely immune to threats such as hacking, breaches, or malicious attacks. In the unfortunate event of such an incident, we shall not be held responsible for any loss related to audio files, subscriptions, or financial transactions. By using our services, you accept these inherent risks.
10. Payment Transactions: In the event of a transaction decline or payment failure, we utilize secure and trusted payment gateways. If such an issue arises, we request your patience while the matter is investigated. If payment has been successfully received by us, we will provide assistance. However, if the payment has not reached us, you agree to coordinate with your bank or payment provider for resolution.
11. Finality of Sales: Due to the digital nature of audio files, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or compensation for purchases or subscriptions. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept the website, its functionality, user experience, and the available content, including audio files, in their current state at the time of purchase or subscription.
12. Subscription Plan Variations: We reserve the right to introduce separate tiers of subscription plans with different pricing levels and to offer distinct product lines within the website. Your access to and use of products will be strictly limited to those included in your specific subscription plan.
13. Website Availability: The website may require periodic maintenance or updates, potentially causing temporary unavailability of certain features or the entire website. Access may also be disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances such as server issues, cyberattacks, or other technical difficulties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or financial compensation resulting from such unavailability.
14. Pricing Modifications: We reserve the right to modify (increase or decrease) the pricing of any of our offerings without prior notice or consultation. Updated pricing will take effect for the next renewal or purchase. Existing subscriptions or purchases will not be affected by price changes during their current term.
15. Technical Issues and Resolution: We strive for accuracy, but occasionally, technical issues such as corrupted audio, missing links, or incorrect metadata may occur. If you encounter such an issue, you agree to report it to us via email with specific details. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and rectify the problem promptly. You agree that refunds or compensation will not be issued for such technical issues and that you will allow us a fair opportunity to resolve the matter before pursuing any legal action. Minor technical errors or oversights will not be considered grounds for significant legal claims. You are expected to cooperate during any large-scale technical malfunctions affecting the website’s functionality.
16. Limitation of Liability and Sole Remedy: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, your sole and exclusive remedy for any problems or dissatisfaction with the site, content, or license is to stop using the site. While we are not responsible for third-party applications, your sole and exclusive remedy regarding such applications is to uninstall and/or cease using them. Subject to legal limitations, our liability for direct damages is capped at the higher of $100 USD or its INR-equivalent figure or the total fees received from you in the twelve months prior to the damage. We are not liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits or data loss. This limitation does not apply to liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury where such limitations are prohibited by law.
17. Your Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Creator Sounds Pro (including affiliates, contractors, officers, directors, and employees) harmless from all claims, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your misuse of the platform and/or content in violation of these terms, as well as from any claims against us based on your uploaded content infringing any third-party intellectual property or other rights. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to your indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
18. Sales Channels and Pricing Policy: You acknowledge and agree that the audio files available on this website may also be sold by us on other online platforms or marketplaces, either as individual files or as part of packs/bundles, at prices that may differ from those on this website. This does not grant you any exclusive rights to the files purchased here, and we retain full ownership and distribution rights across multiple sales channels.
19. Unlimited Downloads – Fair Use and Scope: “Unlimited downloads” refers to unrestricted access by Pro Plan subscribers to download all sound files made available under the Pro Plan during the active subscription period. This means subscribers may download any and all sound effects released as part of the Pro Plan collection, subject to the fair use policy outlined herein. The term “unlimited” does not imply access to content outside the scope of the Pro Plan or to future content not yet released under the plan. We reserve the right to monitor and limit usage in cases of misuse or automated mass downloading that impacts server performance or violates our fair usage standards.
Perpetual License for Downloaded Content:
Any sound effects downloaded while the subscription is active are licensed to the subscriber on a perpetual, non-exclusive basis. Once downloaded during an active subscription period:
- The subscriber may continue using those sound effects indefinitely.
- The sound effects may be used in both existing and future projects.
- No active subscription is required for continued use of previously downloaded sound effects.
- An active subscription is required only to download new sound effects or access content released after the subscription has ended.
20. Along with the Terms & Conditions and Usage Policy outlined in this document, the FAQ section of this website further defines, clarifies, and confirms the functionality, usage rules, and core principles of this policy, and forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions and Usage Policy.

21. Jurisdiction: In the event of any legal dispute or claim arising from your use of this website, you agree that the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
